Events with owners
Every event has a host and, where needed, a staffed shift behind it. The sunset yoga that nobody showed up to teach stops being a genre of story.
What's inside · Program
Interactivity is why theme camps get placed, and the difference between a promised workshop and a real one is a host, a shift and a reminder. burnmanager attaches all three.

Titles and descriptions validated against the official limits, with the submission windows and the print deadline in your year planner, so your events make the printed guide.

What you told placement in the questionnaire is what your standing is judged on. burnmanager keeps the list visible through the burn: promised, scheduled, delivered.
Why this module exists
At Black Rock City, event registration opens in June and the printed WhatWhereWhen has a hard cutoff days later; regionals run the same pattern in miniature. Camps that miss the window run great events nobody finds.
Placement teams judge camps on delivered interactivity, and neighbors fill in feedback forms after the burn. A camp that plans its program like it plans its kitchen keeps its standing, its frontage, and its story straight.
Questions camps ask
No. The calendar and validators come as presets per event, Black Rock City and the European regionals included.
Yes. A bar night or fire performance is an event plus its shifts; signups live on the same board as kitchen and greeters.
Sound events carry their own fields: stage, level agreements and quiet hours, aligned with what you promised placement.
